CPEN uses contributions to sustain its daily operations and develop professional educational programs in cancer patient education.

CPEN 2008 Annual Awards

Please take a few minutes to nominate a health care professional who has positively contributed to cancer patient education for a CPEN Award. The CPEN Awards recognize individuals and/or groups for their leadership, professionalism and contributions in the profession of cancer patient education.The following awards will be distributed:

Distinguished Service Award (CPEN members only)
Excellence in Patient Education Award (CPEN members only)
Gold Star Award (Non-CPEN members only)

To submit a nomination, please complete the following nomination packet and submit with required documentation prior to the deadline.
